Meet Our Founder
Ankit Shukla is an educator, author, and preschool owner who believes great early education is built in warm classrooms—not big franchises. He founded Kids Gurukul in 2017 and Preschool Mitra in 2024 to help educators start and run independent preschools with confidence. Ankit leads the design of our NEP‑aligned, thematic curriculum and the “1 Day - 1 Book - 1 Concept” model that keeps teacher prep low and classroom quality steady. His hands‑on work with schools across India has trained 100+ teachers and supported 10+ partner preschools pan‑India. From settling tears and building calm routines to creating white‑label booksets and admissions toolkits, he turns everyday challenges into simple, repeatable systems—so children learn with joy and schools grow on their own terms.
